The Collaboration
When K. Mapprang and K. Ton approached us to design a signature flavor for their wedding celebration, we wanted to capture the essence of a timeless romance โ something elegant, light, and unforgettable for their guests.
The Brief
The couple requested a flavor that felt both celebratory and refreshing. It needed to reflect their shared love for travel and summer sunsets, blending floral notes with a touch of classic sparkling luxury.
Story-to-Flavor
We spent several sessions refining the balance between the delicate sweetness of Japanese white peach and the crisp acidity of premium Rose Champagne. After five iterations, we perfected a smooth, fragrant sorbet that cleanses the palate and sparkles on the tongue.
The Result
Served as the grand finale dessert for 300 guests at their wedding reception. The flavor was a hit, perfectly complementing the floral theme and providing a sophisticated, refreshing end to a beautiful evening.
