The Collaboration
When RIMOWA approached us to craft an exclusive flavor for their Bangkok flagship launch, we knew this wasn't just about ice cream. It was about crafting a feeling that matched the precision and elegance of their legendary aluminum cases.
The Brief
RIMOWA wanted something global yet tropical โ a flavor that spoke to the traveler who is always moving, always arriving somewhere new.
Story-to-Flavor
We spent three weeks in the kitchen. The answer came from a Bangkok street market at 7am: papaya at peak ripeness, morning air mixing with the fruit's warmth. Papaya Sorbet & Mint Cookie Chip was born.
The Result
Served exclusively at the RIMOWA Bangkok flagship opening. 400 scoops in 2 hours. Zero left over.
Work Station
Every collaboration begins in our kitchen โ where ingredients, stories, and instincts collide until something damn good emerges.
We sit with the brand team. We learn what the partner cares about โ their history, their customer, the feeling they want to create. We gather stories.
Using our Story-to-Flavor methodology, we translate narrative into ingredient combinations. The first batch is usually wrong. The third is getting warm. The fifth, sometimes, is exactly right.
Partners come to our kitchen. We eat together. We push further โ adjusting sweetness, texture, temperature behavior. Nothing ships until everyone goes quiet after the first bite.
Small-batch production using our Boston texture method. Custom packaging, branded cups, event logistics. We handle everything from the kitchen to the moment it reaches the guest.
